Which formats are available for Automatic download?

ART,EXP, DST, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, VIP and XXX. Please remember that PCS and SEW formats are not avaliable for the 5x7 designs. Other formats are available to be sent in a zip file via email, on request.

Are Images Includes in the Download?

All designs come with an image of the sewn design (jpeg), and a text file with the size, number of stitches and colour order.

How Long will it take to receive my designs?

With digital download, immediately. With an emailed zip file, within 24 hours.

How do I download the design/designs?

You will receive an email from Mad Woman with a link to our download page. Click on the link or cut and paste it into your browser, enter your PayPal email address and the code provided in the email.

What if I lose my download?

You are permitted to download your design up to 5 times.

Help! My download failed!

As you are permitted to download 5 times, we encourage you to try again. If you cannot seem to download,(try right-clicking on the pop_up) please contact me and I will ensure you receive your digital file.

What if I want my order on a CD?

Your design order can be mailed to you on a CD for an additional charge of $5.00. Many sets of designs will fit on one CD. Please allow two weeks for mail delivery of the CD. It will probably be quicker, but we are reliant on the postal service.

What if I am not happy with my design?

Contact me. Explain your problem. I do not do refunds on a design because of the nature of the technology, but will do everything in my power to resolve the situation. Happy customers and word of mouth are worth their weight in gold.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

This site works with Paypal, a secure way to use your credit card to pay for good on line. It is free to become a member, and costs the buyer nothing.
